Sausages and burgers are made on the premises at both shops. Sausage, Traditional Pork, thin & thick, Lincolnshire (which are pork with sage and herbs), Pork & Leek (thick), Boerewors (South African Recipe), Welsh dragon (pork, leek and chilli) Venison thin. Burgers, Beef, Lamb and Pork & Apple, Gammon & Pineapple & Smoked Gammon & Pineapple & our new burger Spicy chilli beef.
